The Wesleyan Hills Community was built mainly in the 70’s and 80’s to be a planned neighborhood (pud) consisting of over 550 units split between single family houses and condo’s. The Wesleyan Hills community is divided into subdivisions and streets that are recognized through color coding. The red section boasts larger homes in a slightly higher price point with more of a contemporary feel, while the Blue, Yellow, and Green section are comprised of mostly raised ranches, capes, and colonial’s that prove more affordable for “First Time Homebuyers”. The community also offers condo living ranging in price and amenities depending on what your looking for.
